Ryan Eberst, MA, LPC, RFPT
I have worked in a variety of mental health settings for the past 10 years including residential addiction treatment, state supported living facilities for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, intensive outpatient services, and private practice. I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2017 and love what I do.
I am heavily influence by relational pyschoanalysis, attachment sciences, Jungian psychology, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. This means that I am always looking for how our unconscious shows up between us, and that I believe it usually shows up to lead us toward greater connection, growth and integration.
I have completed post-graduate certificate in Relationally Focused Pyschodynamic Therapy from the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. This training orients me toward what is unfolding between us as we relate to each other, and how it might be related to your struggle and growth.
When I am not meeting with my patients, I am probably reading, barefoot running, playing table top games, smoking brisket (or a pipe), and playing with my wife, children, and two dogs.
